How can I contact you?
We can be reached by phone during our regular office hours @ (337) 363-2177 or email us anytime. We will do our best to answer your questions quickly & courteously.


What payment methods do you accept?
For payment, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL for online orders. Paypal is our secure on-line processor, but you do not have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase through them. Your credit card or even check card is welcome. 

Your credit card statement will show "PAYPAL  *SWALLOWPBNS." Mail-in orders may be paid with money orders or cashier's check in addition to VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER. You may also call your order in @ (337) 363-2177 with a VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER during our regular office house. Sorry no C.O.D.s.


How do I pay for my online order?
Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase & add then to your basket, click CHECKOUT NOW.

You will be directed to the checkout page where you will enter your billing & shipping address. Click CONTINUE when completed.

On the next page, scroll down a bit & click on the button that says PAYPAL CHECK OUT.

On the next page, you can view your order. Scroll down to the bottom & click on the button that says PAYPAL CLICK HERE TO PAY.

You will then be transferred to the PayPal processing site. If you want to use a PayPal account, log in to your PayPal account. If you want to use any other credit card, click where it says PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

Follow instructions & enter the information needed. Once the payment process is complete, you should be directed back to your order page on the Flat Town Music web site.

If you ordered anything other than digital downloads, you are done. We will receive your information & ship your order to you in a timely manner.  If you ordered digital downloads, please see "How do I receive my downloads" below.


What are your shipping terms and charges?
We ship most orders of in-warehouse merchandise within 48 hours by either US Postal Service Parcel Post, 1st Class, Media Mail or UPS. We offer standard ground shipping which we term as "STANDARD SHIPPING" for all non-express shipments (see rate chart below). We reserve the right to ship "best way" on all non-express shipments. "Best way" means that we will ship the packages by way of what we feel is the surest and quickest method for the s&h fee charged. "Best way" shipping is either by USPS or UPS ground. We can ship your order via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day air for delivery the following or 2nd business day. Express shipping is not included in the standard shipping & handling "STANDARD SHIPPING" cost. If you would like Express shipping, please email us immediately after placing an order with instructions to do so. We will then email you with a total shipping and handling fee, along with an invoice for the difference in cost. If you have any questions regarding this, please email us prior to placing your order.

Standard Shipping and Handling for non-instrument, small items, via UPS ground or USPS in the Continental U.S.  In most cases the following charges will apply for our "STANDARD SHIPPING" rates:

 --- $5.95 for orders totaling up to $18.00 or less.
 --- $7.95 for orders of $18.01 to $50.00 
 --- $9.75 for orders of $50.01 to $80.00
 --- $11.00 for orders of $80.01 and more

*For all large items including instruments, special shipping may apply.  


How do I download mp3s?
Tracks can be downloaded immediately upon payment or at any time later. If you'd like to download them immediately, you should be automatically directed back to your order page as soon as the payment process is completed. From there, just scroll down a bit to see the tracks & click on the "download" button to the right of them.

If you have not been directed back to your order page or would like to download them at a later time, return to www.FlatTownMusic.com & log in if needed. Click on ACCOUNT (at the top of the page, next to the login button). If you have ordered with us before, you will see a list of all of your previous orders. If this is your first order, only one will be listed. Click on VIEW ORDER next to the appropriate order. Scroll down a bit to see the tracks & start downloading!

Because of file size, all tracks (including individual tracks from albums) are downloaded separately. When downloading, be sure to take notice of where the downloads are being saved on your computer. Typically, they will be saved to your "My Music" folder in "My Documents," but you can select any folder to which you would like them to be downloaded.

All tracks are available to download twice in case you have any issues with your first attempt. If you are unable to download them for any reason, please contact us & we will be more than happy to assist you with getting your music!


How do I order ringtones?
All of our ringtones are available directly through Myxertones.com. This means that the entire process will be done through MyxerTones.com & not through our webstore. Therefore, if you are ordering anything else from our store, it will be billed separately. Just like our webstore, your ringtone will be paid for using PayPal's secure processing with either your PayPal account or major credit card.

Do you accept foreign orders?
Foreign orders are not available for shipping at this time. However, digital downloads ARE available & downloadable upon payment. 


I am a retailer or wholesaler. How can I sell your product?
All products from Swallow Publications' book and music divisions are available for sale in your store or outlet. Our music & publication catalog is wholesale-distributed to retailers by several major wholesalers and one-stops throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. How can I license your music for my album, film, ads, etc?
If you are looking for authentic Cajun, Zydeco and Swamp Pop music for inclusion in your own recording project or for advertising, movies, or t.v. broadcast, you've found probably the largest collection available.
