Mechanical and Songwriter Licensing:
Flat Town Music Company, a BMI member, can issue licenses for use of copyrighted songs directly, based on the current statutory royalty rate. For international licensing, Flat Town Music Company, has sub-publishing representation of our song copyrights with Warner-Chappel Music for France, Germany, Scandinavian countries, Mexico/Central America, & with Flyright Music for the U.K. Currently, we are negotiating with other sub-publishers for representation in other international markets.
