What happened to my account?In order to better serve you, we recently made big changes to our web site. While the upgrade was a great success, unfortunately we were unable to carry over our old accounts. Therefore, if you haven't ordered with us since the switch, you will have to register as a new customer. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need assistance with registering, please contact us here. . What payment methods do you accept? For payment, we now have two different secure on-line payment processors, PayPal Processing for digital downloads only and Authorize.net for physical items or mixed orders. *If you would like to use PayPal for your order of physical or mixed items, you can email the order here, along with your name, address & phone number. We will then send you an invoice directly from PayPal. For digital downloads, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. Your credit card or even check card is welcome. Your credit card statement will show "PAYPAL *SWALLOWPBNS". Orders which include digital downloads only are downloadable immediately upon payment.For physical product or mixed orders (which include both digital downloads and physical products), we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER and PAYPAL for phone, email or online orders. *If you would like to use PayPal for your order, you can email the order here, along with your name, address & phone number. We will then send you an invoice directly from PayPal.Mail in orders may be paid with money orders or cashier's check besides credit cards. Sorry no C.O.D.s. On mixed orders (those that include both digital downloads and physical products), please note that the digital tracks will NOT be available for download immediately, although we will do our best to make those available to you as soon as possible. The reason for this is because of the separate payment processing for physical products and mixed orders. If you would like your digital goods available to you immediately, place your orders for digital downloads separately from physical products. How do I pay for my online order? For digital downloads only:Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase & add then to your cart, click CHECKOUT. (You may also use EXPRESS CHECKOUT to save time.)
You will be directed to the checkout page where you will enter your billing address. Click CONTINUE CHECKOUT when completed.
On the next page you will have the opportunity to review your order. If correct, under "Select Payment Method," click the button that says PAYPAL CHECK OUT.
You will then be transfered to the PayPal processing site. If you want to use a PayPal account, log in to your PayPal account. If you want to use any other credit or debit card, click on DON'T HAVE A PAYPAY ACCOUNT.
Follow instructions & enter the information needed. Once the payment process is complete, you should be directed back to your order page on our web site. Please see "How do I receive my downloads" below" for further information.
For physical products or mixed orders:
Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase & add then to your cart, click CHECKOUT. (You may also use EXPRESS CHECKOUT to save time.)
You will be directed to the checkout page where you will enter your billing address. Under "Shipping Address", select the appropriate radio button, then click CONTINUE CHECKOUT.
On the next page you will have the opportunity to review your order. If correct, click CONTINUE. Under "Select Payment Method," select the appropriate radio button (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). If using a credit or debit card, fill out the necessary information and click PAY WITH CARD. If paying with PayPal, click the PAYPAL CHECK OUT button. What are your shipping terms and charges? We ship most orders of in-warehouse merchandise within 48 hours by either US Postal Service Parcel Post, 1st Class, Media Mail or UPS. We offer standard ground shipping which we term as "STANDARD SHIPPING" for all non-express shipments (see rate chart below). We reserve the right to ship "best way" on all non-express shipments. "Best way" means that we will ship the packages by way of what we feel is the surest and quickest method for the s&h fee charged. "Best way" shipping is either by USPS or UPS ground. We can ship your order via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day air for delivery the following or 2nd business day. Express shipping is not included in the standard shipping & handling "STANDARD SHIPPING" cost. If you would like Express shipping, please email us immediately after placing an order with instructions to do so. We will then email you with a total shipping and handling fee, along with an invoice for the difference in cost. If you have any questions regarding this, please email us prior to placing your order.
Standard Shipping and Handling for non-instrument, small items, via UPS ground or USPS in the Continental U.S. In most cases the following charges will apply for our "STANDARD SHIPPING" rates:
--- $3.95 for orders of up to 2 CDs ONLY (Please note that your order will not show this amount upon checkout, however, it will be manually adjusted by us once received before the payment is captured.) --- $5.95 for orders totaling up to $18.00 or less--- $7.95 for orders of $18.01 to $50.00 --- $9.75 for orders of $50.01 to $80.00 --- $11.00 for orders of $80.01 and more *For all large items including instruments, special shipping may apply. How do I download mp3s? On orders for digital downloads ONLY, tracks can be downloaded immediately upon payment or at any time later. If you'd like to download them immediately, you should be automatically directed back to your order page as soon as the payment process is completed. From there, just scroll down a bit to see the tracks & click on the "download" symbol to the right of them. If you have not been directed back to your order page or would like to download them at a later time, return to our home page & log in if needed. Click on MY ACCOUNT (at the top left of the page). If you have ordered with us before, you will see a list of all of your previous orders. If this is your first order, only one will be listed. Click on VIEW ORDER next to the appropriate order. Scroll down a bit to see the tracks listed under DIGITAL GOODS, click the symbols next to your track names & start downloading!
On mixed orders (those that include both digital downloads and physical products), tracks will NOT be available for download immediately, although we will do our best to make those available to you as soon as possible. The reason for this is because of the separate payment processing for physical products and mixed orders. If you would like your digital goods available to you immediately, place your orders for digital downloads separately from physical products. Because of file size, all tracks (including individual tracks from albums) are downloaded separately. When downloading, be sure to take notice of where the downloads are being saved on your computer. Typically, they will be saved to your "My Music" folder in "My Documents," but you can select any folder to which you would like them to be downloaded. All tracks are available to download 5 times in case you have any issues. If you are unable to download them for any reason, please contact us & we will be more than happy to assist you with getting your music!Can I download mp3s directly to my iPhone?
The short answer is no, Apple does not allow you to download mp3 files directly to your phone. HOWEVER, there is an easy work-around. First, download the song to your computer (don't forget to pay attention to where the song is saved), open iTunes, click “File” from the upper left corner, select “Add file to library,” browse your computer hard drive and find and select the song(s) you downloaded, click OK and the songs will be put in your iTunes. Then you can just transfer the songs to your iPhone from iTunes. Another alternative is to download the mp3 to your computer, then email the song to your iPhone. You will be able to play the song from your email, but the song will not be saved in your iTunes music app on your phone. If you keep the email, you can play the song from there as often as you'd like. If you use Dropbox or a similar storage app, you can also save the mp3 file there. Do you accept foreign orders? Yes, certainly! However, please note that NO SHIPPING CHARGES will be shown on orders outside of the Continental U.S. You will receive a separate email with the shipping charges which will need to be approved before we ship. Digital downloads are available immediately upon payment. I am a retailer or wholesaler. How can I sell your product? All products from Swallow Publications' book and music divisions are available for sale in your store or outlet. Our music & publication catalog is wholesale-distributed to retailers by several major wholesalers and one-stops throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
