"Balfa Toujours" consists of Christine Balfa Powell, Dirk Powell, Kevin Wimmer, Mike Chapman, Nelda Balfa & Peter Schwarz... "Balfa Toujours" are not interested in pushing the envelope, they are instead interested in preserving the life of the tradition, in watering the roots. They lovingly give the old songs new life. But they also create within the tradition, as the new songs on this album attest.
